Requirements
- Enrollment in college for the upcoming semester
- Completion of your sophomore year
- Graduate students are welcome
- Commutable distance to our home office in Egg Harbor Township, NJ
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Interest in technology leadership, corporate communications, or organizational strategy
- Interest in change management and crafting clear messaging for diverse audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Responsibilities
- Create, format, and distribute IS Leadership communications and documentation
- Develop communication timelines and delivery methods for internal audiences
- Partner with CIO direct reports to standardize reporting for leadership and corporate updates
- Coordinate cross-functional communication across IT and business partners
- Support messaging and materials for AI initiatives and enterprise impact
- Assist with documentation to ensure alignment across departments and initiatives
