About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager/Application Manager to lead our development team in building high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to align technical goals with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years hands on tech knowledge on API development and cloud experience.

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years leading others in the development of software in a team environment.
• Ability to take on issues and bring them to completion making sure a consistent delivery process is followed.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and API development.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in CICD processes and have knowledge of release management and application support.
• Available for on-call production support as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Implement best practices for development and deployment
