About The Position

The Invoicing Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely creation of dealer invoices related to sales transactions. This role supports the organization by ensuring all invoices are properly prepared, documented, and aligned with company policies and dealer agreements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of office experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and accounting software programs required.
• Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, and copier.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
• Excellent time management, organization skills, attention to detail and oral and written communication skills.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.

Nice To Haves

• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and send invoices for all equipment placed by dealers.
• Generate monthly transfers for dealers as needed. This requires complex movement of equipment through internal systems.
• Create/process outgoing and incoming orders for equipment for dealers as well as orders for equipment sent to exhibitions and farm shows.
• Respond to telephone calls and emails from dealers and territory managers answering questions/concerns and resolving problems.
• Reconcile accounts for the Shipping department daily as well as the monthly closing.
• Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed.
• Relay changes of information to appropriate employees.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
