About The Position

Invoicing Specialist Founded in 1919 as Phototype and recently rebranded as the Olberding Brand Family, we are a family company focused on delivering the highest quality and client service in the graphics design, management and printing industry. We Design, Optimize and Protect Brands. Our clients are primarily consumer products companies and printers, and we help them by delivering a broad range of services from brand strategy and packaging design to adaptive design across various print and digital platforms, all the way to color management and the production of printing plates. With our world headquarters located in Cincinnati, we have over 450 employees throughout the United States and offices in Europe and Asia. Our world headquarters in Cincinnati has an exciting opportunity for an Invoicing Specialist. The Invoicing Specialist role will report to the Senior Accounting Manager. The Invoicing Specialist will assist the Senior Accounting Manager with daily tasks such as, client billing, invoicing, monthly reporting, support with meeting client requests and assisting with maintaining accurate client data. To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter, driven and passionate professional with strong attention to detail, preference for technical analysis, as well as an analytical thinker with a robust finance and accounting background.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in accounting
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Power user in Excel and Microsoft word (i.e. pivot tables, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Accounts receivable management through creating and submitting invoices to clients
  • Billing and invoicing clients
  • Ensure accuracy of client records from point of billing, invoicing and completing client reporting
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
