About The Position

We are seeking an Invoicing ROA Clerk to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing distributor orders, compiling and distributing invoice packages, and ensuring accuracy and completeness in daily operations. The role requires a proactive individual capable of resolving issues and maintaining effective communication within the team.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.
Proficiency in basic Excel, including spreadsheet formatting, basic formulas, and using sort/filter functions.
Comfortable using MS Outlook, including creating folders and organizing tasks.
Ability and willingness to learn new processes and ask questions when needed.
Familiarity with Great Plains, EDI, and pivot tables.

Nice To Haves

Understanding of debits and credits.
Experience with pivot tables or vlookups.
Experience working with or managing EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
Experience with MS Great Plains.

Responsibilities

Process distributor orders according to established operating procedures.
Compile and distribute completed distributor invoice packages to and from the Accounts Payable team.
Review the ROA order log daily to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Follow up daily with team members regarding any issues with orders.
Ensure proper documentation is obtained prior to distributor invoicing.
Resolve any issues with orders, shipments, or invoices that require your involvement.
