About The Position

The Invoicing Clerk is responsible for preparing, processing, and tracking customer invoices using QuickBooks. This role ensures accurate billing, timely payments, and organized financial records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with accounting systems and customer information.

Requirements

  • QuickBooks experience
  • 1+ year invoicing experience

Responsibilities

  • Create, prepare, and send customer invoices in QuickBooks with accuracy and completeness.
  • Review job details, contracts, or service tickets to confirm billable items and proper pricing.
  • Post payments, apply credits, and reconcile customer accounts within QuickBooks.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and support the follow-up process on overdue invoices.
  • Communicate with customers regarding billing questions, missing information, or payment status.
