About The Position

We are looking for individuals who are personable, articulate, and positive to add to our already awesome team! Actively pursues and obtains required licenses. Transitions to Registered Investment Services Assistant upon attainment of required licenses, not exceeding seven months. If candidate fails testing, they are not eligible for a position in the Investment Services department – normal HR job fail procedures would apply. Provides the highest quality member experience, for both internal and external members. Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years’ experience
  • Associates Degree in a business-related field
  • Must obtain Life/Health Producers Insurance license and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66, or Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, 63, and 65 or Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses within seven (7) months or less of and be able to complete continuing education/testing requirements as needed to maintain professional licenses.
  • Must possess a current, valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and personal vehicle insurance.
  • Must be fingerprinted and pass FINRA’s background checks.
  • Must sign Broker-Dealer’s Registered Representative Agreement

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of both investment and insurance operations including products, terms, suitability, and compliance aspects.
  • Meeting or exceeding established sales, referral, and up-sale goals.
  • Professional experience in securities/insurance industries
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Bilingual, Spanish preferred
