In this position, you’ll provide administrative, customer service, and sales support to licensed advisors and their clients. Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice To Haves
- 1- 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Support investment and insurance sales by establishing new accounts and maintaining accurate client records.
- Provide responsive service by answering client questions, processing transactions, and resolving issues.
- Ensure accurate transaction processing by submitting documentation, monitoring trade settlements, and coordinating with Operations.
- Maintain compliance by following BSA, KYC/KYA/CIP, and internal risk management policies.
- Enter financial planning data and CRM notes to support client relationship management.
- Assist with audits, onboarding new colleagues, and contributing to team or line-of-business projects.
