The department provides students with an insider’s view of the bank’s operations and exposure to the wide range of career opportunities available within the organization. Fremont Bank’s Summer Internship Program is designed to develop future financial leaders, enhance academic learning, and support a strong commitment to fostering equal opportunity throughout the program. Position Overview Investment Services department performs a wide variety of administrative support duties for the Wealth Management Operations Manager, Assistant Manager Investment Services and Vice President. Position entails heavy phones, customer contact and other support functions. Deals with confidential and sensitive documentation regarding client accounts. Interacts with bank associates, various personnel for the Broker Dealer insurance companies and department vendors. Handles questions and paperwork from clients and Financial Advisors, is the key person for uploading documents into the Broker Dealer system. Prepares various reports for the Operations Manager and Vice President. Performs other duties and assignments as needed. Role and Responsibilities
