Prudential Advisors is presently looking for an Investment Program Manager to join their Wealth and Financial Planning Team. In this role you will: Serve as the primary Relationship Manager for a portfolio of Investment Partners and Financial Technology firms, acting as the central point of contact and steward of all partner relationships. Maintain, strengthen, and expand strategic partnerships by fostering ongoing engagement, identifying collaboration opportunities, and developing new business relationships that support revenue growth. Lead scheduled sales and strategy calls with each partner to understand current product positioning, business priorities, and areas of opportunity that can help drive additional Advisory AUM and Financial Planning activities. Secure and negotiate sponsorship funding for Prudential Advisors’ events and initiatives throughout the year, ensuring strong alignment with partner interests and organizational goals. Collaborate closely with Wealth Consultants by serving as a subject matter resource and key conduit of partner insights, offerings, and updates. Work in partnership with the Strategic Relationship/Product Team to proactively identify issues, troubleshoot challenges, and communicate resolutions to internal and external stakeholders. Support cross-functional initiatives designed to enhance partner engagement, improve product adoption, and elevate the overall advisor experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
  • Series 7, 65 or 66 required
  • 5+ years of experience in Investment Advisory product.
  • 5+ years of experience with working on remote teams, facilitating and coordinating training and development processes, and projects
  • Experience facilitating and delivering training to groups of people who are both experienced and inexperienced and coaching them on execution and implementation of the training
  • Experiencing working on centralized training teams who are specialists that support the field
  • Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
  • Analytical skills and experience in identifying gaps in skills and knowledge
  • Strong relationship building, partnering, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to recommend and implement creative solutions for skill and process improvements
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills especially in the area of virtual training and development
  • Demonstrated ability and skills to operate independently on a national scope
  • Travel 20%.
