About The Position

Wellington Management offers comprehensive investment management capabilities that span nearly all segments of the global capital markets. Their investment solutions are tailored to the unique return and risk objectives of institutional clients in more than 60 countries, drawing on proprietary research and a collaborative culture. As a private partnership, they foster a long-term view aligned with their clients' perspectives. The Fixed Income Product Management (FIPM) team works closely with fixed income investment teams, relationship teams, and business colleagues to support client investment needs. The FIPM function has three main objectives: Product Development and Marketing (driving client growth, developing investment solutions, crafting differentiated product messaging, and serving as a subject matter expert); Investment Integrity and Risk Management (providing independent oversight of investment and risk processes, ensuring alignment with client objectives, conducting regular product reviews, and contributing to formal investment governance); and Business Management (overseeing product-level business operations including risk, capacity, pricing, and guidelines, resolving internal challenges, and promoting best practices). Investment Analysts are members of product teams, led by an Investment Director, and work closely with Investment Director(s), investment teams, and business professionals on these areas.
