About The Position

Wellington Management offers comprehensive investment management capabilities that span nearly all segments of the global capital markets. Our investment solutions are tailored to institutional clients in over 60 countries, drawing on proprietary research and a collaborative culture. The Fixed Income Product Management (FIPM) team works closely with fixed income investment teams, relationship teams, and business colleagues to support client investment needs. FIPM's main objectives include Product Development and Marketing, Investment Integrity and Risk Management, and Business Management. Investment Analysts are integral members of product teams, led by an Investment Director, and collaborate with investment teams and business professionals on these core areas.

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Progress towards the CFA.
  • Familiarity with third party tools (eVestment, FactSet, Morningstar).
  • Strongly preferred experience leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis, productivity, and decision‑making.
  • Fixed income product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Perform analyses that ensure portfolio integrity by providing oversight of portfolio positioning, performance, and risk exposures.
  • Contribute to the development of new investment strategies and client solutions.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.
  • Evaluate product overlap and capacity trends.
  • Prepare white papers and presentation materials that serve to differentiate our portfolios.
  • Participate in meetings with clients, prospects and consultants to communicate our investment philosophy, strategy, positioning, and performance (over time).
