About The Position

Wellington Management offers comprehensive investment management capabilities that span nearly all segments of the global capital markets. Our investment solutions, tailored to the unique return and risk objectives of institutional clients in more than 60 countries, draw on a robust body of proprietary research and a collaborative culture that encourages independent thought and healthy debate. As a private partnership, we believe our ownership structure fosters a long-term view that aligns our perspectives with those of our clients. Fixed Income Product Management ("FIPM") at Wellington Management works closely with our fixed income investment teams, relationship teams, and business colleagues across the firm to support our clients’ investment needs. Our fixed income investors span a wide range of disciplines, geographies, industries, market capitalizations, and styles. The FIPM function has three main objectives: Product Development and Marketing: Drive client growth by leading business planning, developing investment solutions, crafting differentiated product messaging, and serving as a subject matter expert across internal and external audiences. Investment Integrity and Risk Management: Provide independent oversight of investment and risk processes, ensure alignment with client objectives, conduct regular product reviews, and contribute to formal investment governance. Business Management: Oversee product-level business operations including risk, capacity, pricing, and guidelines; resolve internal challenges; and promote best practices across product teams. Investment Analysts are members of product teams, which are led by an Investment Director. They work closely with the Investment Director(s), investment teams, and business professionals on the areas described above.
