Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 35 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods.
  • Forklift operation: Will receive certification via Boeing training program.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SQL (Structured Query Language).

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Tableau or other data modeling/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Move production materials in/out of storage, production areas, and other locations to support continuous workflow.
  • Monitor work-in-process inventory and update status using both automated systems and manual reports.
  • Identify and resolve parts/materials discrepancies to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
  • Communicate part/material availability to production and support teams.
  • Prioritize and expedite production activities through coordination with internal departments.
  • Operate a forklift (training provided) and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 35 lbs and prolonged standing.
  • Work under close supervision in a production environment.
