About The Position

The Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for auditing inventory movements in the warehouse, audit inventory transactions matching ERP, WMS and physically, should audit and verify inbounds transactions, receiving process from the production plant, picking and outbound processes. In case of discrepancies among ERP, WMS and or physical, the Inventory Supervisor will be responsible to correct and investigate to find the root causes as well as to implement preventive actions to avoid re-occurrences.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Required).
Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Proficiency of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook.
1-2 years minimum experience.
Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Improve processes to be in alignment with organizational objectives.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures and service standards.

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory information.
In charge of analyzing and correcting inventory discrepancies.
Responsible of implementing discrepancies and taking preventive actions.
Responsible of enforcing and developing SOP.
Successfully Managing ERP and WMS transactions.
Conduct compliance on inbounds (from Mexico and Plant), outbound, picking and all inventory handling processes.
Prepare reports and KPIs in regards inventory handling.
Prepare reports and KPIs in regards inventory accuracy.
Develop auditing program.
Responsible of auditing inbounds/outbound accuracy.
Accountable for Accuracy of Inventory information.
