 NO.Representative Duties1 Report to supervisor-auxiliary material, lead warehouse shipper and keeper to finish assignment from management. 2Resbonsible for material receiving, shipping, storage and inventory management, collect and evaluate the issues for daily cycle counting.3Management for materials's FIFO, according to the production date/storage time required by Process/life cycle of A/B type materials, strict implement the FIFO.4Responsible for manage and control for receiving-shipping of raw materials, improve inventory accuracy, effectiveness. 5Execute inventory plan and check inventory difference and reason.6resbonsible for train new employees to grasp knowledge and job skills.7Other duties as assigned8Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeI

QualificationJob RequirementsLanguageLanguages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
 Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.
Bilingual: English-ChinesExperience1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.EducationBS Degree: Prefer College STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) MajorsPhysical ConditionThe employee is regularly required to stand or sit for long periods.                                                                                                           Duties will include long periods of viewing a computer monitor.Other RequirementsMATHEMATICAL SKILLS -
 Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
 REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of  variables.
 COMPUTER SKILLS - Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities utilized on the jobProfessional  Knowledge, Skillssystematic knowledge  relating to TS16949 quality management system;Various methods and tools of     six Sigma;Systematic knowledge about 5S and project management.Solve problem by using warehouse quality tool;Analyze and solve problems (SPC, FMEA, MSA) by using six Sigma methods and tools; Improve process and efficiency by using lean manufacturing method;.Improve field management level and the level of the department and the staff by using 5S knowledge. Strong planning, organization and coordinate ability;Communication skill; Strong analytical skill and be creative; Project management skill; Be responsible; work under pressure. 
Training Required1.Systematic training regarding glass manufacturing technique, field management and TPM; 2. Systematic training regarding  logistics management theory and tool application; V. Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position
 are safety glasses and steel-toed work boots.

This is a 2nd Shift position

Must be 18 years of age or older.
