About The Position

Parker and Sons is currently seeking Warehouse Inventory Auditor to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best experience every day. Our Warehouse Inventory Auditor is responsible for monitoring in-stock inventory and performing cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly balanced between system and location counts. Duties also include miscellaneous stores/stockroom activities including but not limited to housekeeping, processing of material receipts, transfers, and issues.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills. Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
  • Proficient keyboarding skills.
  • Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to develop professional relationships with upper management, technicians, and coworkers.
  • Ability to develop procedures and implement policy changes frequently.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations.
  • Excellent driving record.
  • A high degree of attendance and time management required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 (high usage of Excel and SharePoint programs)
  • Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and walking.
  • Working in the elements daily.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to navigate the warehouse and reach items both high and low.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Service Titan a plus.
  • Forklift operator certification a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and reports the accuracy of the incoming truck stock inventory.
  • Establishes and maintains backup sources of inventory across multiple storage locations.
  • Provide inventory reports (i.e., Packing lists, Purchase Order discrepancies) to the Purchasing and Inventory Control Managers.
  • Develops and maintains good working relationships with vendors, delivery personnel, and coworkers (up, down, and across the organization).
  • Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and transfers made.
  • Maintains the organization and storage of the unassigned fleet vehicles on the property.
  • Cleaning, stocking, and prepping of unassigned fleet vehicles for Business Units.
  • Utilizes and becomes proficient using inventory system data in Service Titan.
  • Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
  • Assists with periodic physical inventory audits.
  • Operates forklift truck when necessary.
  • Performs other related duties as requested.
