Inventory & Receiving Coordinator

Blue RoboticsTorrance, CA

About The Position

Blue Robotics is looking for an Inventory & Receiving Coordinator to join our Operations team and manage the flow of incoming materials that support our underwater vehicles, thrusters, sensors, enclosures, and more. In this role, the work you do ensures our products are ready to help explore shipwrecks, study endangered species, and advance our understanding of the oceans. Because our customers depend on consistent performance in the field, our team is focused on accuracy, organization, and continuous improvement. You’ll need to be detail-oriented, proactive in resolving discrepancies, and comfortable working across teams. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, open to feedback, and able to work reliably with minimal supervision. As our products and processes evolve, adaptability is key. You’ll play an important role in receiving, inspecting, and organizing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring materials are available to support production. We provide hands-on training and regular check-ins to help you succeed. Within your first 30 days, you’ll become comfortable with our processes, and by three months, you’ll be working independently—keeping inventory accurate, organized, and production-ready.
