About The Position

The Inventory Facility Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing, overseeing, and controlling the bulk inventory and facility management for CE Operations. Alongside the Purchasing Department, this individual will be responsible for producing regular weekly updates on CE inventory. An integral part of their role will be maintaining CE's Tempe facilities to high standards of cleanliness, implementing regular procedures at the main office to ensure an optimal experience for all CE clients. The Inventory Manager will also be a key player in the auditing process, collaborating with the Accounting Department on all allocated materials. This will include, but not be limited to, various dimensions such as metal structures, electrical, plumbing, and lumber. An Inventory and Facility Specialist is primarily responsible for managing and overseeing the inventory levels and facility operations within a company. Their foremost duty includes monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits, and preparing detailed inventory reports. Liaise with suppliers, understand all dynamics of strategic buying, rebates, thresholds, spend calendar. Accountable for the effective maintenance of the company's facilities (Main, South, Beck) Routine inspection of the site, arranging necessary repairs, and implementing safety and security measures to ensure a safe working environment. Weekly photo documentation of yard cleanliness. Follow material return-to-office process, real-time documentation and photos of all returning materials Weekly notification to Purchasing team to all on-hand materials, reported in Excel spreadsheet. Ability to stage all materials, communication to CM, purchasing, and leadership. Spec, qty, job name. Design studio maintenance, from parking lot to front door, always remains clean to include pathway and water features. Ability to deliver materials to the field determined by the needs of the business. They ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies through site supervision and enforcement.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to lift 50lb
  • 2 years+ experience with inventory, warranty, or logistics experience
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record
