About The Position

As an Inventory Controller, you play a critical role in ensuring accurate inventory data across ASML's global operations. Our Supply Chain Management team is standardizing processes in more than 50 warehouses worldwide. Your work will connect our Oracle ERP system with warehouse management systems (WMS) used by logistics partners, ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth data flow. You'll join a collaborative control tower team driving this transformation forward. In this role, you ensure inventory levels between ASML and logistics providers remain accurate and aligned. You'll work closely with IT teams, local planning groups, and global partners to maintain seamless processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, information technology, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or inventory control.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes and IT workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and warehouse management systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and interface connections between systems.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with diverse teams.
  • Analyze data and solve problems proactively.
  • Stay organized and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Collaborate across departments and build strong relationships.
  • Take ownership and deliver results with accountability.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
  • Work independently while contributing to team goals.

Responsibilities

  • Produce daily stock reports and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with IT support, planning teams, and third-party logistics providers (3PL).
  • Monitor interface performance and resolve errors in messages or documents.
  • Analyze recurring issues and implement root-cause solutions.
  • Manage and solve disturbances in logistics processes between and within warehouses.
  • Provide analytics for disturbance management and generate root cause analyses (RCAs).
  • Manage inventory counting and accuracy checks across ASML and logistics service providers.
