Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills, PC and other MS Office Suite
• Advanced data analysis, reporting skills and strong data accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail
• Excellent time management skills with an ability to work effectively both collaboratively and independently

Nice To Haves

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent is preferred but not essential
• A strong understanding of the allocation process is preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

• Develop allocation plans by division based on sales, inventory and store needs
• Ensure proper balance of inventory across all stores and eCommerce within the Australian Market
• Collaborate with the warehouse to prioritise orders through receiving, and shipping when necessary to protect sakes trends and inventory levels
• Oversee and manage inventory functions using internal systems
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, and identify potential improvements
• Collaborate with stores on matters such as pricing, promotion items and sales related enquiries
• Collaborate with the wider Store Support Service team to understand and align inventory requirements for face map control plans
