Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Science or HealthCare related field or equivalent is preferred. If bachelor degree is not complete, some college with significant and relevant experience is required and must plan to complete bachelor degree
2-5 years healthcare warehouse experience in receiving, storing, issuing, and accounting for property in a warehouse desired
Excellent computer skills
Good mathematical ability, excellent organizational and communication skills, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with self-motivation and initiative
Excellent reading and writing ability
Being able to navigate through ERP system – Tecsys Elite
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Excel (including Statistics and Pivot Tables), Access, PowerPoint, Word
Experience with warehouse or supply chain environments
Understanding of supply chain transportation
Ability to conduct/track analytics related to Client performance
Advanced public speaking and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clear and Professional diction in English
Professional phone etiquette
Must be able to successfully pass all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., background check and drug screen)
Must have a valid driver’s license
Work is light to medium in nature with frequent walking to perform assigned tasks
Must be able to communicate clearly with shippers and employees
Must be able to read at a distance close to the eyes and at arm’s length, with or without correction

Responsibilities

Assist managing and mentoring Inventory Specialists and staff
Maintain and review efficient and accurate inventory management procedures, consistent with company policy and procedure
Provide accurate and timely order entry for operations
Safeguard inventory assets to facilitate shortage detection
Initiate and maintain an efficient cycle count strategy
Maintain accurate records of all audits, counts, and adjustments
Make system adjustments as required and analyze results of counts to initiate permanent corrective actions
Follow client’s disposition of damaged and/or expired product, including shipment for destruction
Provide timely and accurate responses to Customer Service and initiate cycle count requests
Review and analyze weekly inventory report to determine error causes; initiate corrective action
Support product recall return process through physical identification and segregation of product
Responsible for running of reports, reconciliation of final count variances, and all other reconciliation activities
Process accurate perpetual inventory adjustments to match physical inventory movement, when necessary
Other duties as assigned
