This position is located at our Brook Park Ohio facility at 2001 Aerospace Parkway Cleveland, Ohio
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Closeout Specialist for a fixed-term assignment, approximately 11 months, to facilitate the final inventory audit of a recently completed project. This temporary role is essential for ensuring all project materials are accurately reconciled, documented, and prepared for final plant clearance.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, specifically with spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel).
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including counting, lifting, and boxing parts.
• Commitment to completing the full duration of the project closeout.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with inventory management or supply chain processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventory: Conduct accurate piece counts of all project-related parts.
• Material handling: Organize and box parts into designated storage totes.
• Documentation: Accurately log inventory data onto a plant clearance spreadsheet.
• Research and compliance: Research and document Federal Supply Classification (FSC) codes for all inventoried items.
