About The Position

Contract Closeout Analyst shall have at least five (5) years of closeout experience. Experience includes knowledge of Federal contracting closeout policies and procedures, pre-and-post award experience; knowledge of the various contract types and the processes and procedures for closing out the various types.

Requirements

• The Contract Closeout Analyst shall be able to prepare and analyze contract actions for closeout; perform desk audits, and reconciliation of contract invoices and payments; draft closeout documentation and modifications.
• The Contract Closeout Analyst shall have a working knowledge of FPD, PRISM (DP-2), FAR and the ability to interpret and apply agency supplemental directives.
• The Contract Closeout Analysts shall have excellent verbal, written communication, and “analytical “skills. They should be familiar and experienced with MS Office products, specifically extensive use of MS Excel
• The Contract Closeout Analysts shall be familiar with the closeout of purchase orders, Interagency and Interagency Agreements, Contracts (FFP, CR, T&M, CPFF, etc... and their associated task and delivery orders), Grants and Cooperative Agreements.
