JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Interventional Radiologist • Job Type: Locum Tenens • Location: Manteca, CA • Service Setting: Outpatient • Coverage Type: Clinical Only • Coverage Period: March 23, 2026 – May 22, 2026 • Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM COVERAGE DATES • March 23–24, 2026 • April 17, 2026 • April 24, 2026 • May 22, 2026 PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: Adults • Patient Volume/Census: 6–10 procedures per day • Case Mix: Interventional Radiology – Dialysis Access Procedures FACILITY INFORMATION • EMR System: AdvancedMD • Office Equipment Available: Interventional Radiology equipment for dialysis access procedures • Support Staff Available: Radiology Technicians, Nurses, Medical Assistants • Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE • Credentialing Timeline: 24–48 hours
Requirements
- Active CA license required
- Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
- DEA Required
- Prior experience in interventional radiology procedures required
- Proficiency with outpatient procedural workflow
- Dialysis access procedures
- Catheter placements
- Declot procedures
- Fistulograms
Responsibilities
- Perform interventional radiology procedures in an outpatient setting
- Manage dialysis access cases including catheter and fistula interventions
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation within EMR system
- Adhere to facility protocols and quality standards
