Palm Springs, CA Area We are seeking a fellowship-trained, intervention-focused Pain Medicine physician to join our high-volume practice in Southern California's Palm Springs region. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled proceduralist ready to build a robust neuromodulation-centered practice with immediate access to a strong referral network and comprehensive ASC capabilities. Position Overview Join a streamlined pod model where you'll work alongside one Advanced Practice Provider, supported by two Medical Assistants and a centralized scheduling and revenue cycle management team. This structure allows you to focus on clinical excellence and patient care while maintaining an efficient, high-volume interventional practice. Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with no nights and no weekends. This is an ideal opportunity for a recently trained pain physician who wants to build a thriving neuromodulation practice from day one. You'll have immediate access to cutting-edge technology, a fully equipped ambulatory surgery center, and a collaborative team committed to delivering outstanding patient outcomes. Requirements

  • ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine fellowship with 2026 completion
  • Board-eligible or board-certified through ABA, ABPMR, or ABPN
  • Documented neuromodulation experience including spinal cord stimulator trials and permanent implants
  • Demonstrated fluoroscopy proficiency with high procedural volume
  • Clean credentialing and licensure history
  • Commitment to intervention-first philosophy with daily procedure volumes of 20-30 cases
  • Ability to maintain new patient access under seven days

Nice To Haves

  • DRG stimulation experience with documented case logs
  • Intrathecal pump/targeted drug delivery background
  • Formal SCS/DRG proctoring credentials or completion of recognized neuromodulation courses
  • Interest in satellite clinic development opportunities in 2026
