About The Position

This position will assist the Deering Estate Special Events Coordinator with event planning, rental and wedding contracts, social media content collection, and other administrative duties related to events and venue rentals. Must be willing to work on holidays and weekends. Location: Deering Estate

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of customer service or tourism related experience is required
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays on a varying schedule
  • Must possess a valid driver license

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Deering Estate Special Events Coordinator with event planning
