Responsibilities

  • Informational Cold Calling
  • Connect with businesses, introduce Transtar’s services, and help open doors for our sales team. You’ll gain valuable communication and business development experience.
  • Set Appointments for Sales Staff
  • Serve as a key link between prospects and our producers by coordinating meetings and helping generate new business opportunities.
  • Possible Travel Opportunities
  • Depending on projects and events, you may have opportunities to travel (paid for by Transtar) to attend meetings, visit clients, or support company initiatives.
  • Loss Analysis
  • Assist with reviewing claims data and identifying trends that help support smarter risk management strategies for clients.
  • Safety Projects
  • Support safety initiatives and projects designed to reduce workplace risk and improve overall client performance.
  • Billing Support for Insureds
  • Help with billing processes and client account support, gaining exposure to the operational side of the insurance business.
  • Special Projects
  • Contribute to meaningful projects across sales, operations, and client services — no busywork, just real experience.
