About The Position

Monster Energy is seeking a motivated and talented IP & Litigation Intern to
join us for our 12-week paid summer internship. The ideal candidate will be
self-motivated, hard-working and with a high level of attention to detail. They
will demonstrate a professional demeanor, work well with others and have strong
written and verbal communications skills. Must be able to handle confidential
and sensitive information with discretion. Excellent excel skills a plus.

Requirements

• Current standing as a Rising Sophomore, Junior, Senior or Graduate student actively enrolled in an accredited Environmental Science and/or Sustainability related Undergraduate or Graduate program
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience conducting research
• Self-starter
• Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

• 3.0 GPA- highly preferred

Responsibilities

• The IP & Litigation Intern will support the Legal Department with intellectual property and litigation‑related tasks.
• The intern will update legal documents, analyze and track data, maintain and update dockets, and prepare and edit reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Perform other project‑based tasks as needed to support IP and Litigation operations.
