THE OPPORTUNITY Join our team as an intern to learn the ins and outs of the gaming industry. Located at our El Segundo office, this internship will last for 12 week onsite. We are looking for someone local to our office who has the required skills, who's passionate about games, and willing to learn from our team. This intern will be joining the Human Resources Team at Krafton Americas. Requirements

  • Must have a high level of interest in pursing a career in Employee Relations or Business Partnering
  • Must demonstrate the ability to maintain an exceptional level of confidentially.
  • Well organized with attention to detail and ability to carry out tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with diverse populations
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Eager to learn, has a passion for people and culture, and is committed to making a positive impact
  • Relevant experience in Human Resources preferred
  • Must be pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management (A minor in Psychology a plus)
  • Knowledge of employment laws, both federal and state
  • Local to the Los Angeles area (Neither relocation nor housing is available for this internship.)

Responsibilities

  • Intern will learn the basics of HR and have the opportunity to sit down 1:1 with various members of the People team throughout the internship timeline (HRBP, Central HR, Employee Relations, Recruiting, Payroll, etc.
  • At the end of the internship, intern will present the trainings and any findings to a small internal audience
  • Feedback Management Project Research and analyze best ways to off-board employees and support current processes, while discovering new innovative ways to drive employee feedback forward
  • Compliance Project Intern will be given a 2 part in-depth compliance project reviewing best practices and support the overall improvement of company policy and procedures
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining personnel records and preparing reports
  • Participate in our Culture Committee/Guild (optional)
