About The Position

We are looking for highly motivated college students who are eager to learn! All majors are welcome to apply. Interviews and Internships will be held in-person. Looking for proficiency in Excel, Word, and data entry. We require good communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn! We have flexible hours starting 8am to 6pm Monday-Friday. Internships will be on site at our Headquarters in Erie's historic Union Station. The program will run from May to August, 2026. Any questions can be directed to [email protected] During your Compliance Internship, your major duties and responsibilities will include: • Manage CRM system to ensure up-to-date client information. • Assist w/ C-TPAT Revalidation Audit • Coordination of C-TPAT related supporting document retention • Communicate w/ Logistics Plus global offices related to C-TPAT revalidation audit • Edit/update existing C-TPAT program manual • Assist w/ preparation in Annual AS9120 Audit • Assist other Logistics Plus departments w/ projects as needed

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in corporate law, compliance, or the transportation and logistics industry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
