Requirements

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus, but not required)
• Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM systems
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to internet, phone, and text inquiries
• Engage customers and guide them through the vehicle-buying process
• Set and confirm appointments for the showroom sales team
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional experience
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
