We are seeking an Internet Sales Representative to join our Sioux Falls, SD Field Support Office. This role plays a key part in representing our company online and driving sales of agricultural and turf equipment. Requirements

  • Based in or willing to work in Sioux Falls, SD (Field Support Office).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in agriculture equipment or outdoor power equipment sales preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Ag Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to internet sales inquiries for residential and agricultural equipment.
  • Follow up on leads generated through social media, website traffic, and other digital channels.
  • Build relationships with customers by identifying needs and recommending complementary products.
  • Prepare and present accurate quotes, including taxes, trade-in values, and applicable discounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of agricultural and turf equipment.
  • Monitor website traffic and collaborate with the marketing team to improve online sales strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financing options to assist customers with purchasing decisions.
  • Coordinate delivery arrangements with store personnel to ensure a seamless customer experience.
