Requirements

  • Automotive sales or Internet experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right person!
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to set and achieve goals
  • Excellent organizational skills and computer proficiency
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with online leads, phone inquiries, and existing customers
  • Build strong relationships and guide customers through the vehicle purchase process
  • Present vehicle options, features, and benefits tailored to each customer
  • Schedule appointments and ensure seamless hand-offs to the in-store sales team
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
  • Stay current on product knowledge and dealership promotions
