The ideal candidate must feel comfortable engaging with consumers in person and via various forms of communication (phone, text, email, social media) all while providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate should have a vehicle sales/BDC background with strong customer service and communication skills to apply. Requirements

  • Prior experience in vehicle sales or internet sales preferred
  • Sales including inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales is a plus
  • Strong drive to meet sales goals
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Excellent follow through skills
  • Knowledgeable with various forms of communication and social media
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to form relationships
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Professional appearance and presentation skills
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining frequent communication and follow up with customers indicating purchasing interest through our website, direct call or text
  • Generate appointments and quotes via proactive outbound prospecting
  • Support on-line and phone leads by setting appointments
  • Provide professional and knowledgeable support to customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options before coming into the dealer
  • Ability to overcome objections with a positive and friendly attitude
  • Strong drive to meet sales goals
  • Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads through our innovative social media program
