Requirements

  • 3 years experience Internet Sales
  • Have a Passion for Customer Service
  • Successful automotive sales experience, the ideal ISM has already sold vehicles on the floor
  • Solid Closer- able to explain features, the advantages of those features and how those features benefit the customers
  • Strong written communication skills and telephone communication skills
  • Flexible and willing to try new approaches
  • Self-starter, can be relied on to accomplish agreed upon tasks, by following dealership policy with minimal Supervision
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Comfortable using a computer, especially email and CRM tool

Responsibilities

  • Work Internet Leads from lead receipt to vehicle delivery providing excelling communication with our customers along the way
