Internet Sales Managers field e-mail leads and need to manage the process of responding to them with courtesy, knowledge, speed and a customer-first philosophy. We require that you have had previous car sales experience when applying to be an Internet Sales Manager within our organization. Requirements
- Exceptional telephone manner, grammar and spelling (we place a lot of value on being personable and happy to help)
- Self-motivation
- Strong customer relationship-building skills
- Ability to think like a customer, in order to provide the best possible sales experience
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and be consistent
- Ability to respond to customers with courtesy, knowledge, personality and speed
- A valid driver’s license required (can drive standard and automatic)
- previous car sales experience
Responsibilities
- Manage the Internet Sales Team’s leads with follow-up, correct data entry and accountability.
