Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Internet Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Strong proficiency with Eleads and CDK systems, with a demonstrated track record of effectively managing online sales leads.
  • A history of high closing rates and successful internet lead handling processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and in-depth knowledge of GMC products and services.
  • All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the internet sales department, ensuring a smooth and effective operation.
  • Lead a team in handling internet leads efficiently, converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Eleads and CDK systems to maximize lead generation and management.
  • Develop and implement effective internet lead handling processes to achieve high closing rates.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling online offers and promotions.
  • Monitor and report on online sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, representing the GMC brand with professionalism and excellence.
