RV Country is one of the most established RV dealership groups in the Western U.S., with 50+ years in business and locations across five states. We are expanding our Internet Sales team and are looking for proven in-store sales professionals who want to work qualified leads, close deals by phone and video, and increase their earning potential. If you’re already a strong floor salesperson and you know how to build rapport, control a deal, and close, this role gives you: More volume Warmer leads less lot traffic grind more opportunity to sell nationwide What You’ll Be Doing • Working inbound, high-intent leads from RV Trader, Facebook, Google, and our website • Selling primarily by phone, text, email, and video • Conducting needs analysis, virtual walk-throughs, and trade evaluations • Advancing customers through the full sales process — from first contact to deposit • Maintaining follow-up and pipeline activity inside our CRM • Coordinating with in-store teams for delivery, paperwork, and financing • Competing as part of a performance-driven sales team This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who: • Is currently (or recently) a top-performing in-store salesperson • Is comfortable and confident selling on the phone • Knows how to ask for the business and close • Enjoys tracking results and ranking on a leaderboard • Follows a process and understands that follow-up = money • Is coachable and wants to sharpen their craft • Can handle rejection and stay hungry Bottom line: If you’re a strong salesperson who wants more volume, more consistency, and more opportunity to win — this is your seat.
