About The Position

Stop managing leads and start leading a powerhouse. Ford of Kirkland isn’t just looking for an administrator—we’re looking for a digital architect. As one of the most high-volume, fast-paced automotive hubs in the Puget Sound, we need a hands-on Internet Director who can transform online clicks into showroom floor energy. This isn't a "behind-the-scenes" role. You’ll be the engine room of our sales operation, overseeing a high-performing team for our Ford store from a single, high-traffic location in Kirkland. If you have the grit to refine a lead strategy, the heart to coach a team to greatness, and the data-driven mind to dominate the market, we have the inventory and the platform to make you successful. Why Work for Ford of Kirkland? At Ford of Kirkland, we don’t just move cars; we build careers. We’re committed to innovation and developing leaders from the ground up. In this on-site leadership role, you’ll work side-by-side with the General Sales Manager to master the art of the appointment and maximize every conversion. As a destination dealership in the PNW, we provide the support, the massive inventory, and the autonomy you need to win. We value long-term vision—offering internal promotion opportunities for those who consistently deliver industry-leading performance.
