The Internet Manager is an experienced professional with understanding of sales operations and importance of the internet process, lead cultivation and disbursement, CRM utilization, customer service skills, and strong leadership skills; will assist the General Sales Manager in customer lead data tracking; at all times providing an exceptional customer experience. Responsible for daily operations of the Internet department; support the Sales team with completion of daily internet goals. Review and follow-up on previous day internet leads for proper process, including videos, test opt-ins, compelling content, accolades, testimonials. Verify the recording in CRM of all events in processing leads up to and including appointments. Manage lead distribution strategy to Sales team; drive process to follow-up unsold appointments. Audit Internet leads to verify leads are properly sorted into New/Used/Full line buckets. Report all relevant traffic, traffic to lead sources, lead sources, lead to appointment ratios, and all relevant metrics for both sales and service to GSM and GM daily. Create and update communication formats email/scripts, as needed. Track store appointment volume and report to GSM and GM daily.
