About The Position

We’re currently looking for motivated, customer-focused Internet Sales Managers to join our high-performing sales team. Whether you're a seasoned pro or someone looking to launch a career in the automotive industry, we provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed. Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $50,000.00 - $150,000.00; including 25% commission on Front Payable Gross; 5% commission on Back Payable Gross if 14 or more units are sold in a month and customer satisfaction criteria are met; Bonus potential if closing and volume tiers are met or exceeded per terms of pay play; all subject to terms of pay plan. Continuous free training in sales and leadership. We have a promote-from-within culture. No automotive sales experience required! Huge potential for motivated individuals! Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers looking to purchase pre-owned vehicles
  • Build rapport and qualify customer needs
  • Present, demonstrate, and sell quality used vehicles
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on inventory
  • Follow up with leads and past customers
  • Guide buyers through the vehicle purchasing process with transparency and integrity
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
