About The Position

Trailer Bridge is seeking a motivated and results-driven International Sales Representative to develop, manage, and expand customer relationships across designated international markets. This role is responsible for driving profitable cargo growth through strategic account management, new business development, and market expansion efforts. The International Sales Representative will collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of transportation or logistics sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong commercial sales and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with international or Caribbean trade preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage customer accounts within assigned international trade lanes.
  • Identify and pursue new international business opportunities with strong revenue potential.
  • Maintain consistent contact with customers to maximize profitable cargo movements.
  • Collaborate with pricing, operations, and leadership to structure competitive solutions.
  • Initiate pricing actions within established guidelines to maintain and grow account volume.
  • Monitor international market conditions, competitive activity, and trade trends.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Prepare revenue forecasts and support sales budgeting efforts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and account documentation.
  • Travel as needed to support business development and account management efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
