At Gallagher, we’re united by a commitment to growth and excellence. As an International Benefits Analyst, you’ll support client projects focused on multinational employee benefits. You’ll work on areas like health and welfare plans, retirement plans, global medical coverage, and expatriate issues. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys research, analysis, and creating solutions that make a real difference. In this role, you’ll dive into research and analysis to help clients navigate complex international benefits. You’ll prepare recommendations, create reports, and draft presentations that guide decision-making. Your work will include designing benefits packages, ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements, and responding to HR-related questions. You’ll collaborate with team members to deliver solutions and improve processes. Every day, you’ll help shape benefits programs that support employees worldwide.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in an analytical role or international benefits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and knowledge of database systems.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
  • You’re detail-oriented, adaptive, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in business, accounting, finance, or human resources is a plus.
  • Specialized knowledge in global regions like EMEA, Asia/Pacific, or Latin America is preferred.
  • Fluency in foreign languages and client account management experience are desirable.
