About The Position

The Miami office of Hogan Lovells seeks a senior associate with a minimum of five years of international arbitration and litigation experience. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the practical and strategic aspects of litigation work, excellent writing and negotiating skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with sophisticated client management teams. Applicants with an interest in “cutting‑edge,” complex bet-your-company litigation/arbitration matters, skill at dealing with high‑profile, public matters, and the ability to be friendly and collegial with a team are encouraged to apply. Outstanding academic credentials and work experience, as well as a commitment to excellence, are required. The expected base salary range for this role is $390,000 to $435,000 per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications. This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses. Employees in this role are also eligible for benefits offered by the firm, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions, which currently include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; and paid time off.
