About The Position

The International Account Manager will act as the most important liaison between the distribution network, sales partners, end customers, and the company. This role involves working alongside other sales team members to drive the distribution sales cycle and growth of domestic or international markets.

Requirements

  • Education: BS degree marketing, business administration, communications or technical fields like physics and electrical engineering technologies.
  • Experience: 1+ years of sales experience in electronics, automotive, or aerospace industries.
  • Functional Skills: Proven ability to research, plan, organize and prioritize activities to make an impact in Sales; strong analytical and higher-order reasoning abilities; proficient computer and math skills; ability to use creative talents and skills to successfully resolve problems; high ability to listen, problem-solve, and provide solutions over the phone and/or in person; develops solutions that work; works committedly with others to solve problems and resolve situations.
  • Technology Skills: Advanced aptitude with computers, CRM systems, Microsoft, and other presentations systems.
  • Communication Skills: Advanced verbal and written communication skills; able to present to others and communicate technical matters to all levels within and outside of the organization.
  • Leadership/ Behaviors: Strong focus on customers and quality; able to work independently and within teams; ability to think, listen, reflect and create solutions; calm personality, collaborative and supportive of teams and customers.
  • Culture Match: Able to do what is right for the customers, team members, and company.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates on and implements both short-term and long-term sales strategies, including annual sales targets and promotional plans to drive growth.
  • Observes and reports back to engineering with market trends, customer needs, and competitors' capabilities, which will help to shape product development strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Manages relationships with AE Techron sales partners, distributors, and key customer accounts to foster loyalty and supply our superior level of customer satisfaction.
  • Studies and understands AE Techron products and EMC standards to be able to answer basic customer inquiries and to know when to bring technical specialists in to support potential or existing projects.
  • Represents AE Techron at industry events, important customer-facing meetings, webinars, and communications to foster relationships.
  • Collaborates with internal technical, applications, and engineering teams to conceptualize and develop customized solutions.
  • Keeps CRM system up to date with accurate customer and opportunity information.
