About The Position

This team offers a different kind of internal wholesaling experience. We’re not a sales desk — we’re a consultative product resource helping advisors design better solutions across life insurance, investments, and annuities. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to representatives and internal teams, applying product expertise across life insurance, managed accounts, brokerage products, and fixed & variable annuities to support thoughtful case design and strong client outcomes. The work is collaborative and analytical, focused on simplifying complex concepts and providing clear guidance, with consistent use of CRM tools to support quality follow through. This role is hybrid, with access to a newly remodeled workspace designed for focus and collaboration — plus free coffee to keep you fueled throughout the day.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 2 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience, education, and training
  • FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Series 6 and 63 (or equivalent)
  • Life/Health insurance license, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Ability to translate complex product information into clear, actionable guidance
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing product, competitive, and market data
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Teams, and reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Life and Investment product expertise for representatives, Home Office, and field partners to help drive financial services growth.
  • Provides centralized support assisting reps and connecting them with partners as necessary.
  • Maintain relationships with internal partners such as Agency Training and Marketing to assist in developing, designing and implementing training and marketing efforts to launch and support products and related efforts.
  • Collaborate with field and home office areas to meet company goals through aligning wholesaling efforts to local needs and capacity utilizing communications platforms to promote life / investments products.
  • Uses industry knowledge including competitive position among peer companies to assist with life and investment case preparations.
  • Accurately report individual wholesaling activities (case preparations, consultations, referrals to other field support areas, etc.) in applicable systems (CRM, spreadsheets, Teams, etc.) for timely management reporting of results to drive company growth.
  • Assists management with reporting needs, competitive research and analysis, presentation and research materials, and coordinating internal processes.
