Internal Service Advisor / BDC Ryan Nissan Do you love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes—and still talking cars? Our Nissan service team is looking for an Internal Service Advisor / BDC who knows how to connect the dots between sales, technicians, and management. What You’ll Do: Handle inbound and outbound service calls, texts, and emails Schedule service appointments with accuracy and efficiency Support the service drive by coordinating internal repair orders Follow up with sales on maintenance recommendations Keep customer information and RO notes clean, detailed, and up to date Be the calm, organized voice that keeps the service department on track What We’re Looking For: Automotive service or BDC experience (Nissan experience a plus!)
