About The Position

Bish’s RV is growing, and we are looking to add high performers to our Rapid City team! Our team reviews every submission and will reach out via text to schedule in-person interviews at our hiring event on February 24–25. You'll be able to come, meet the team, and explore your next career move with Bish’s! We are seeking a charismatic and organized Internal Service Advisor to join our RV team. In this key role, you’ll bridge the gap between sales and service, ensuring sold units are prepped accurately and efficiently. Thank you for your interest in Bish’s RV! Requirements

  • Exceptional skills in customer service and communication
  • Ability to use a variety of computer-based systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility with work schedules: including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
  • Problem-solver who takes initiative
  • Ability to pass a background and drug test
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions
  • Eager to contribute to a smooth and efficient service operation

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess internal service work orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate workflow and timelines with dispatch, technicians, and the sales team
  • Ensure units are prepped and ready for delivery according to dealership standards
  • Track the status of internal jobs and follow up to ensure on-time completion
  • Assist with documentation, parts coordination, and warranty-related process
  • Support Inventory tracking and maintain accurate service records
  • Communicate effectively across departments to align priorities and avoid delays
