About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Marysville. We are looking for an Internal Service Advisor to join our Service team. The ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance is key. This position works closely with our Sales Managers and Technicians to complete repairs and reconditioning on vehicles coming into the dealership. Dealership and/or Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus. This is an hourly position working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. A valid driver’s license a good driving record are required. Responsibilities

  • Dispatch work to technicians and vendors and verify that work is properly diagnosed and performed.
  • Input and maintain vehicle estimate information in computer system.
  • Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely and cost effective repairs.
  • Provide accounting with all necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain a log of all reconditioning activity.
